Piso en Calle Lérida

Los clientes son un matrimonio que no habían hecho reformado sus baños desde que compraron su apartamento en los años 70. Ellos querían actualizar completamente sus 2 baños para ser más modernos y elegantes. 

También le pintamos de nuevo la vivienda y le pusimos luces de LED en el pasillo porque antes solo tenía una luz y no tenían suficiente luminosidad.

Calle Lérida Apartment

The clients are a couple who have owned their apartment since the 70s. They wanted to completely update their 2 bathrooms to be more modern and sleek. 

We also patched up and refinished the stucco walls in the entire apartment and gave most of the rooms a fresh new coat of paint.

Antes de la renovación, el baño principal era muy anticuado y bastante aparatoso para utilizar el inodoro y bidé porque estaban en pequeñas habitaciones separadas dentro del mismo baño. Esto también bloqueó la mayor parte de la luz que proviene de la pequeña ventana en la parte trasera del cuarto de baño, cerca de la zona de ducha.

Before renovation, the main bathroom was very outdated and laid out awkwardly with the toilet and bidet in tiny separate rooms within the bathroom itself. This also blocked most of the light coming from the one small window at the back of the bathroom near the shower area.

Hemos eliminado las habitaciones separadas para que el baño se sienta más espacioso y luminoso. También hemos añadido más luces de techo, el baño anterior estaba demasiado oscuro.

We removed the separate rooms to make the bathroom feel more spacious and light. We also added more ceiling lights as the previous bathroom was too dark.

Aquí desplazamos el lavabo a la mitad del cuarto de baño, dejando más espacio en la zona de ducha y un acceso más fácil a partir de la zona de baño y la puerta principal.

Here we moved the sink and vanity to the middle of the bathroom, leaving more space in the shower area and easier access from the toilet area and main door. 

También actualizamos los accesorios de la ducha y añadimos un frente de pared con unas tiras de mármol para darle un toque diferente al baño. El plato de ducha es resina y está a nivel del suelo.

We also updated the shower fixtures and added special tile detailing.

El baño secundario también querían renovarlo para hacerlo más luminoso puesto que era bastante oscuro.

The secondary bathroom was also completely redone to be more bright because previously it was very dark and old. 

Hemos eliminado la bañera para poner un gran plato de ducha de pared a pared. Hicimos las paredes de la ducha con un azulejo de mosaico para darle un toque diferente. El azulejo de la pared y el piso también se han actualizado para que el baño se sienta más ligero, limpio y luminoso.

Hicimos toda la instalación de fontanería y desagües nueva, los saneamientos llevan las tomas de agua por dentro para que vayan completamente cerrados y no se vieran las tuberías.

We removed the tub to create a large standing shower area and replaced the fixtures with a spa shower head and added new decorative tiles. The wall and floor tile were also updated to make the bathroom feel lighter and clean.

We installed a new plumbing and drainage system, where the pipes are completely enclosed and hidden for a cleaner look.
